The cottage – rated four star by VisitEngland – features two secluded patios, ample parking and a large private fellside garden with panoramic views towards the Coniston massif and Langdale Pikes.

Tarn House provides stylish, well-equipped, self-catering accommodation for families and groups of any size up to eight people.

Garden

The view from the top patio – Wetherlam is the fell in the distance. On a clear day you can also see from Black Fell in the south to Pavey Ark and Pike O’Stickle in the north. Pike O’Blisco and Lingmoor Fell rise gently above the roof.
